SYA+FH provided both architectural and general contracting services for this substantial renovation in Boston’s Bay Village neighborhood. The building was originally a church with none of the original detail remaining. SYA+FH completed an exhaustive rehabilitation of the building’s foundation, executed an entirely new structural system culminating in one of the city’s most impressive rooftop terraces, and completely replaced the front façade with a brand new design. The building was constructed using LEED principals and features a new elevator.
